Unresponsive
I felt I could trust her knowledge and her yrs of experience, but forget trying to get a response from her, or her office on any question. With only 2 days a wk in her practice and the rest spent away as part of a teaching staff these past years, there is a disconnect between this physician and her patients. Try to find someone else as a PRIMARY CARE provider.

Dr. Bauman can do and should do better. Very unresponsive, not proactive and doesn’t really show she cares about me, her patient. Thank God prayer works. Otherwise I’d already be in serious condition before I hear from her. Can’t wait to find a new doctor/PCP.

Dr Bauman is a good doctor but it is an absolute nightmare to contact. The phone number to the office is rarely if ever answered by a live person. Although the prerecorded message states that they will get back to you as soon as possible they rarely do.

I do NOT recommend this office. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks and cannot get through to a person. On the rare occasion I don't get a busy signal and actually get to a voicemail box, I have left messages for a return call and gotten nothing back. I recently had to go to the Urgent Care (which costs a lot more than a PCP visit) because I needed an antibiotic and could not get a hold of my doctor! SO frustrating.

I find Dr. Bauman to be extremely thorough, maybe to the point that some would find over the top. But, I have been a patient for two years and she possibly has saved my life sending me for tests that I originally thought were possibly unnecessary. In all cases, something serious was found and treated successfully. And I exercise regularly, am not overweight and do not take any medications and do not have a family history of medical issues. I believe she is an excellent doctor.

Left feeling uncomfortable. The doctor asked questions which were unrelated and irrelevant to the reason I had come in. She also made an assumption which was incorrect and struck me as odd.
