First, the waiting room is unsupervised and you can only enter and exit through one hall, it was very difficult as a woman with ptsd to wait in there. Second, overall I would describe her as disinterested, uncaring, non-engaging, burnt out, terrible at connecting, not good at communicating with other providers (never even bothered to return my psychologists request for communication). She stares at her computer screen the entire visit, asks you how you’re doing but you can tell she doesn’t give a c^*p. Visits are no more than 5 minutes, but is billed as 1 hour. Doesn’t care to get to know you at all. Very cold. She was quiting her practice for a new job, told me to find a new provider and when I did, I cancelled my appointments with her. She wrote a letter to my pcp stating I was refusing her care, a letter in my permanent record that future doctors will judge me for. Possibly the worst psych I have ever had.
