Dr. Alino is an excellent ophthalmologist!
I have been a patient of Dr. Alino's for over 15 years. She is very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She takes her time with you and explains what she is doing and any test results so you know what is happening with your eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Alino if you are looking for a new ophthalmologist!

Dr, Alino is a compassionate and dedicated physician. After total knee surgery somehow I had a scratch on my cornea. Dr Anne Marie Alino came to the hospital at evaluate me at 10:00pm after a full day of office patients. She quickly assessed me and treated me. I also followed up with Dr. Alino after discharge from the hospital! I will recommend this physician and continue care with her.

I have gone to Dr. Alino for years and have confidence in her. Received a number of emails and phone messages that it was time to book my yearly appointment. Called to do so and was told the "template for Dr. Alino is not up yet ...call back in February , unless you want to see another doctor" Very odd. Why contact me numerous times to book an appointment and then not allow it. Will wait to see Dr. Alino but not impressed with the customer service

In my 43 years of going to eye doctors, I've never seen such an incompetent, chaotic and untrustworthy practice. After dilating my eyes, the doctor told me that s/he couldn't read my eyesight because my eyes are too dry. She told me to come back in 4 to 6 weeks. Are you freaking kidding me? This was after the nurse/technician methodically measuring my eyesight prior to seeing her. Technicians couldn't read the strength of my progressive lenses. They scratched them up in the process.

Dr. Alino is terrific however the office staff has gone downhill since becoming part of Valley Medical. The technician that was assigned to me last visit was dirty and had a bad cold and did not cover up her cough nor wash her hand prior to putting drops in my eyes. I later told Dr. Alino. The waiting time to get an appointment is months out and the office staff is not professional, thus I left this practice after going there over 15 years!!!
