Been her patient for almost 4 years and i am finally switching my doctor. Unpleasant to talk to, uncooperative, and very stubborn. Whenever I want to change doses or switch the medication, it is too much for her. She gets grumpy. People who are looking for psychiatrist or therapist and such, I would advise them to avoid her. You won't get care and support that you expect from a professional who deals with people struggle mentally.

Two visits to Dr. Shostak led to the conclusion about the low professional and personal qualities of the doctor. The intake procedure was illiterate. Test methods are used that provoke the patient to negative reactions. The doctor is disrespectful to the patient, allowing false statements. Tries to artificially induce feelings of guilt, irritability and aggression. Receiving in response to restrained and reasoned information, the doctor openly expressed hostility and irritability. Perhaps it is

Part 2: I finally talked to her about tapering off the Lexapro, and she asked me "Why do you need to taper off now? Are you trying to get pregnant? I thought we decided to get you off when you decide to get pregnant." I said that I'm at a stable place in life and take Xanax very rarely, only when my anxiety is very high and I don't want to be on meds forever. She reluctantly agreed to lower the dose to 15 mg, and I said I would like an even slower taper because I had bad withdrawal in the past.

this is my third part of the review because I only have so many characters. So her English is so atrocious when she attempts to speak it; how she got her degree in psychiatry in the United States of America is beyond me. When she switches to Russian though, her real personality steaks right out Even though I wouldn’t insult the term personality because it’s more like claws. Little bit about aesthetic aspect; she is profoundly unkempt, on several occasions I detected BO,I said this to her face
