Unpleasant and Rude Staff
What a startlingly abrupt and unpleasant experience I just had with Dr. Mellor's office! I called to establish care with her as a primary care physician since I'm new to the area, but when I began explaining my interest in scheduling an appointment I was met with a 'LET ME STOP YOU THERE' interrupting me mid sentence. This was such a jarring and rude experience, I have never had someone treat me this poorly from a doctor's office. It was shocking. I don't even have an ailment, I'm simply shopping around to find a new doctor. I guess some of her patients have to die before this doctor would consider allowing anyone to book an appointment. Wow. Just go somewhere else for care like I'm going to, don't bother calling.

Dr. Mellor is an excellent doctor; she is competent and very caring. She and her staff have provided excellent medical care to my aging parents. I could not be happier with the medical care we have received and it has made a big, positive impact on my family.

I've been going to Dr. Mellor for over 15 years and have always had the best visit she makes me feel comfortable she helps fix everything I wouldn't go to anybody else but her because of her good nature and her professionalism and your expertise. I highly recommend her and her team
