Patients Beware Incompetent Staff
We have gone to Dr. McNay for several years, their office is incredibly difficult to schedule appts, don't bother to reschedule an appointment, extremely inflexible and deny things when they have made mistakes. I had never had a biopsy. before I was sent home with some baggie full of some ointment and some bandaids and told to keep it clean. The office staff said goodbye as I left and never told me to make a follow up appt to remove the stitches. Other surgeries I've had dissolved. I got a bad infection on my leg, not convinced the pin point sized mole was bad regret not getting a second opinion. I also tried having another family member take my appt because they had an urgent need, I left 4 phone messages including talking directly to Dr. McNay and they said I never left the messages, never called me back, charged me a missed appt fee, sent an email with all of the dates and times of the phone calls from my phone company and requested a refund and they ignored all of my emails.

One of the few doctors I have very high confidence in, both with her knowledge of up-to-date information, and of bedside manner/sensitivity of exam and treatment.
