My wife and I have been patients here for 45 years
We are 78 and 77 years old and have been dropped from the practice. This is a disgrace and maybe Dr Rambalakos shoud re read the oath she took.

This Dr Ruined Dr Livereris wonderful practice!
This practice used to be wonderful under Dr Livereri. So many of us have been going there for years and ever since she took over it is horrible. The staff is rude and disgusting. They never have appts when you are sick and expect you to wait days to see the dr. You also can never get an appt with her, it’s so difficult. I know so many patients that have left and I have done the same. Beware avoid this practice, it’s not about the patients anymore it’s about the MONEY!

Unorganized and Unprofessional!
My entire family&my sisters family (10) of us have been patients here for over a decade.I called half a dozen times for blood work scripts for myself. My daughters other time as well. They keep saying will mail it and don’t.Then we have to constantly reschedule appointments because they would say they’ll mail &give us time to get the blood work.It never gets sent.I call today & told we’re dropped from the practice for not coming in for blood work! No notice! Not a doctor I’m willing to stay with!!! Has no clue what’s going on in their own office. The most unorganized and unprofessional practice. I see many doctors and have (I’m 53) and never had an issue or experienced such confusion with my medical “PROFESSIONAL?”They also send missed appointment fees, even when you reschedule due to their mistakes.ONLY helpful person is the manager Christy. I had to physically go to the office ever time and stand and wait for scripts. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PRIMARY CARE OFFICE….find another one!!

I love Dr Rambalakos! I have been a patient at this practice for almost 15 years. She is thorough. She is very friendly but stern when I am delinquent in getting physicals. Also when I experienced a hospital stay she was firm in making sure I was in good health before letting me return to work. Taking into consideration what type of work I did & my pleading to go back. Depending on the day & time the wait isn't really that bad.
