Dr. Anna Guerra Dumont, DO

Absolutely love Dr. Dumont. Our family would be lost without her!!!!

After 2 visits with PCP, negative results for Lyme or inflammation, my 15 yo daughter was referred to an ortho specialist for bilateral hip pain; we went to Dr. Dumont. Dr. Dumont took x-rays revealing nothing was abnormal, all looked as is should; she told us pain the result of growing pains and overuse due to sports activities. She prescribed PT, a brace, and biofreeze for SI-joint sprain. The PT made it worse, after several weeks we returned to Dr. Dumont; she recommended vitamins and to let her know if we needed her again - no guidance, referrals, or next steps - we left still in pain and no solution. Frustrated and many months searching for answers, we booked with ortho surgeon who took his own x-rays and revealed my daughter has bilateral hip dysplasia requiring reconstructive surgeries (!); without, my daughter could expect hip replacements in her 30s. We expect/demand more from a specialist; Dr. Dumont wasted our time, delaying the improvement of my daughter's quality of life.

I went to the dr for a compression fracture in my back. While she was friendly and encouraging her treatment (pt and pain medication) did no good. She told me after 3 months that fracture was healed. When I returned because of continuing pain she sent me for another MRI which showed that it wAs NOT healed. I finally was referred to pain management dr who referred me to dr for surgical procedure. I felt I wasted a lot of time with her not to mention many months of pain.

I've had two sons with ankle injuries within the last year and both times Dr. Dumont had a wonderful presence with them. Calm, friendly, engaging with the the tween age - good explanations of why specific treatment plan chosen and help the kids with expectations.

I have a concussion . My appointment was for 130 . I am not supposed to be driving I had to rely on transportation . Traffic was heavy I was four minutes late for my appointment . I was never told to come early I was told to be here at 1:30 the kiosk made me pay $40. I approached by the nurse who said that because I was late signing in on the kiosk that they would have to reschedule my appt Still fight to get my $40 back On hold over 12 mins trying to get $ back!
