Prior to meeting with our son, she suggested she meet with my husband and I to get his background story, etc. She mentioned there would be a feed but she came to recommended that we agreed. At the end of the two hour session, she told us our son's condition wasn't something she could assist with and then promptly made sure she collected her $900.00 payment. Seemed wrong to us. We would have gladly paid the money had she then met with our son. But ethically and morally, we could never charge someone if we couldn't assist -- we would have said there won't be a charge today - best of luck. Is her time valuable? Absolutely, but no more than ours. Sometimes you have to do the right thing-
