Just disappeared, but is still charging her fees. And it's been over a year. I'm going through a battle with my credit card company just to get it to stop.

Ghosted but Still Charged for Services
My husband and I saw Dr. Broadnax for several years. In August 2023, she ghosted my husband and me but still charged us for a year of services. We went though the process to have the charge disputed and reversed. This weekend (September 2024), we were charged for another year of services. Going through the dispute process again, as there is no way to contact her or her practice.

Such a shame
She ghosted me. Had to find a new doctor. She didn't even inform as required. Then had the audacity to charge me for a year of service. I had to dispute the charge.

Disappeared
I went to her for a few years. Then august 2023 she stopped responding to calls and emails. Now she is charging me for a year of service. I had to go to er to get my meds for that month then found a new dr. Would give a negative star if I could.

Dr Broadnax took the time to talk to me through my NDE. No other doctor gave a crap, and there were many. This woman is the best dr I have ever had.

Dr. Broadnax is the best doctor I have ever had. She was able to find the root cause of my migraines and give me ways to reduce the frequency without medication. No other doctor had ever looked at WHY I was having migraines. She has also been very attentive to the other conditions I see her for. Since she opened her own practice I have never had any issues getting an appointment.

Dr. Broadnax is the best Doctor I have ever been to. I recommend her to everyone I know. She is the only primary care physician I have had who actually listens to me instead of just prescribing me something and sending me on my way.

Dr. Broadnax is easily the best GP I've ever had. I am an adult with ADHD and every other doctor I've had has made me feel like my experiences are invalid. She actually takes time to listen to my concerns and is genuinely concerned with my wellbeing and quality of life.

I have been seeing Dr. Broadnax for over a year now. It's so nice to finally have a primary care doc who listens and takes the time to give me different and effective advice. I've never had the experience of her not following up or with being pushed to see the PA and the staff has always been very nice. I have recommended Dr. Broadnax to my family and friends just as she was recommended to me by a trusted friend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Broadnax for several years and I like HER very much. However, the office staff is rude and Dr. Broadnax is very, very rarely in the office. On three recent occasions, I have waited for 2-3 weeks to see her and the day before the appointment I received a call telling me that she had to reschedule or cancel. The reschedule was 2-3 MORE weeks wait to see her and they constantly try to push me to see the male PA. This week is the last time I got a call the day before my appointment to cancel because Dr. Broadnax is "on administrative leave." I have no idea what that means, but again, I was pushed to see a male PA or see a new female doctor in the practice. I love Dr. Broadnax, but, as an established long-time patient, I would like to get into see HER. Unfortunately, now I have to go about finding another doctor.

Dr Anna boradnax is a good doc, she always very friendly and nice to me but her office environment are very toxic specially the front desk Brianna , I called one time and I was very sick and she was screaming on the phone like we r completely booked and doc Anna broadnax was out of office and then she suggesyme to go to urgent care or emergency room like she will pay the bill . She is so horrible I don’t know why somebody hire her , there are lots of nice people out there

Dr. Broadnax is a nice doctor, however, her office staff is very inefficient and tells you they will call you back with answers to your questions, yet rarely actually call back. Most of the time when you call for an appointment they make a push for you to see the PA instead of the doctor. If you ask to speak with the doctor, they tell you she doesn't call patients or talk to them on the phone.

Dr. Broadnax has very poor follow up and care for her established patients. SO far twice when I was sick it was a1.5 week wait and they would not budge- I had heart surgery recently - she never followed up with me and the fact she could not be bothered seeing me after such a serious surgery very bad- last year same think and I ended up and an ambulance . Online appointments claim you will see her - staff except for a blond gal is awful- don't go here

I had an appointment scheduled and was asked to be 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Unfortunately, I was 5 minutes late for the paperwork, yet 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. The receptionist told me I would be unable to see the doctor today because I would not be able to fill out my paperwork in time. Absolutely ridiculous. I spent a great deal of time researching and finding a doctor that takes my insurance and had decent reviews. My time is valuable as well.

Dr. Broadnax is very nice but I wish she would have listened to my concerns and helped me get answers. Every time I left after a visit with her I was thinking I was overreacting but I was recently diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) after finding a doctor who actually wanted me to find out what is wrong. Dr. Broadnax briefly mentioned PCOS as a possibitily but never helped me take the steps to get a diagnosis. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who will help you get answers.

Dr. Broadnax is a good doctor, HOWEVER, staff is NOT. Snippy and rude receptionists who do NOT call you back when asked. There are two receptionists who tell you they will check on your question and call back and they do NOT. If you need someone responsive with regard to questions/paperwork this is NOT the office to see. Wait time in the lobby is also long as well as wait time for the doctor. Go look elsewhere...
