I only saw her one time and saw the nurse practitioner the other times. When I called to make a followup appointment I was told she was gone never got a letter that she was leaving no one has my medical records from her and I cant get them that is very bad to not let your patients know you are leaving.

Dr. Still listens to you and helps her patients in every way. She gets to know her patients as people and not just chart numbers. She is encouraging and has a great bedside manner.

I find her to cover up her mishaps, I'm very lucky to STILL be alive after an accidental overdose of new pain medication being forced on me, after the co. I live in stopped all Dr's from writing any pain meds, I've broken my neck in seven places my back in two in a motor cycle accident, I went through 2 or three different types of meds until the NUCYNTA ER I was told that I would get an overdose pen FedEx next day, it never came 4 night it happen 53 of the pain meds, 38 XANAX, called 6 times.

I see the CRNP every month and the Dr 1x a yr which is common in many practices. Her practice is very busy but I feel I've gotten excellent care from her office. You HAVE to follow the rules and that's understandable with the abuse of opioids out there. She refers you to other practices appropriately and sees you if a problem arises, when the CRNP knows it's needed. I've been with her for 2 years now. And if you don't like her practice chances are you don't like rules.

I never made it past the front desk. I was so judged and talked down to by staff I left crying. Rediculous staff and if she practices like that I don't want to see her.

I have recently been a patient of CPS/Dr. Still. I have really appreciated the professional manner in which I have been treated. The entire staff at CPS was absolutely wonderful to me. CPS only takes patients with insurance or some type medical coverage, not cash patients. After losing my insurance recently, I didn't think I would hear from them again. However, I was wrong. Dr. Still showed concern and care about my well being, seeing to my needs, not just cutting me off. Thank you, David Brown

Excellent front line staff!! You feel at home upon arriving. Efficient - to the point to get to your issues - excellent return of calls -easy to work with professional staffing as you get ready for appointment. Would say very experienced in multiple areas and feel blessed to have found Dr Still and staff. Thank you for all you do for others!!
