Friendly, patient, determined
My daughter had something stuck in her ear, and Dr. Knowles was patient and determined to get it out in our first visit to the walk-in. She was friendly, had a great attitude and demeanor. She made my daughter's day special by rewarding her with a box of animal crackers after a successful visit.
