Dr. Ann Hatfield, MD

Dr. Hatfield is amazing! She treated me as a person and not just a patient. She spent a lot of time with me and also communicated in a clear and understanding way. She listened to all of my questions and was thorough in reviewing my patient history. She is professional and personable. I am very impressed.

Dr. Hatfield always takes an interest in both my emotional and physical health. She makes sure I'm following up on important screenings, bloodwork, Rx, and referrals based on my specific history.

Dr. Hatfield was kind and caring. She took a lot of time with me. She explained a concern she had from one of my examinations. She explained possible solutions depending on what blood tests show. I felt like she was really interested in me as a person and patient.

Dr. Hatfield is an experienced OB. She is very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. She shows a lot of concern for you throughout the entire pregnancy process.

I saw Dr. Hatfield for gynecology a few times. She is experienced, professional, kind, and punctual. Unfortunately, it did not feel to me like she had done enough research or had enough experience with LGBTQ+ patients. I would probably recommend her if you are straight and cisgender, but maybe not if you are LGBTQ+. Again, she was professional and kind, but not the right person for me. This is not meant out of malice in any way! I am only leaving the review because I know how hard it is to find healthcare specialists that are not only "LGBTQ+ friendly", but who have gone the extra mile to educate themselves about all aspects of LGBTQ+ people that their job might involve.

Dr. Hatfield was my GYN for years before becoming my OB. She helped me so much through my pregnancy and was always so patient and kind. She made me feel heard and respected. I recommended everyone to her and I always will!

I highly recommend Dr Hatfield! I came to her after countless visits to another Dr and nurse practitioners, who kept telling me I was ok. She recommended a full hysterectomy and that is when my cancer was found. She immediately got me set up with an oncologist. She followed up with phone calls and office visits. She encouraged me and showed genuine caring. I have completed my treatments and am doing well. I can’t thank her enough. I credit her for saving my life!

I had my annual checkup with Dr. Hatfield this morning. Not only was she prompt and on-time, but she was patient with me and ensured all of my questions were answered fully before she even began the exams. She was extremely friendly and had wonderful bedside manner. She was attentive and made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time.
