Retina surgery
Vitrectomy recommended following cataract surgery...do not feel outcome was what it should have been...now have 'distorted vision' out of left eye as well as gray spots that interfere with reading which I did not have prior to surgery. I recommend securing second opinion before eye surgery.

Dr. Shah saw my father when he was in Memorial Rehab. He had suffered from 2 brain bleeds and was receiving amazing therapy services here. However, Dr. Shah over medicated him. He was put on a medication for seizures and was started on a dose way too high. He was unable to participate in his rehab because of this. My mom, who is a nurse looked it up and told them she wanted the dose lowered by less than half of what he was given. As soon as it was, he was a completely different person and able to participate in his therapies once again. The nurses, techs and therapists even agreed and admitted the dose was too high. A tech even told my mom, "I don't know what you told those doctors, but whatever it was it worked."

Had an appointment at 2 pm, was made to wait for long. When it was 3:40 pm already, I decided I was gonna leave because I had to keep an appointment at 3:30 pm. I asked the assistant to reschedule me instead, suddenly Dr. Shah appeared out from nowhere and told me that he'll gonna see me right away for one MINUTE! He did examine me for LESS THAN A MINUTE. I thought it was a waste of time and money.
