Desai talked me into a Dbl Mastectomy w/Reconstruct Surgery. “He couldn’t make my breast look good with a Lumpectomy.” I told him, I am 60 & don’t want big breasts. Also, I lift a 125# special needs son daily. Yes, I’m over weight, but there is muscle in that belly fat. Cancer 20 yrs prior & radiation, my R breast was much smaller. Desai said he would remove my nipple on my R side then reduce my L breast to the size of my R breast. Expecting B cups, I GOT the biggest breasts 'I' have EVER had. Desai went on vacation NEGLECTING to leave any medical notes & no one told me. I also got a hysterectomy, the surgery disconnected my uterus. He did show up to my “Return to Reconstructive Surgery” I asked for smaller breasts, NO! Instead I got a dislocated right arm I had to do therapy for. I am disfigured and in pain 24/7 in both breasts, upper arms & my whole right side. I'd really hate to see what he would have done with a lumpectomy

I had breast surgery many years ago for cancer. About 15 years later, the implants leaked and my breasts had been repaired by another physician in another city. Dr. Desai repaired the damage beautifully, and corrected some other skin problems on my breast. I would highly recommend him. He is an excellent surgeon!

Buyer beware. I spent close to 50000 for surgeries after weight loss. Breast augmentation..one boob noticeably larger than the other. Tummy tuck...incision is slanted with dog ears on both sides. And worst of all the thigh lift is sloppy and pooches out at the top. Looks too bad to wear a swim suit to the beach. So disappointed.

Dr. Desai is an amazing surgeon, who is caring and empathetic. He is also extremely gifted when it comes to his craft and I am very pleased with my results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Desai to anyone needing reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Desai, Alana and all of the staff at this office are knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. It's evident the entire team shares a similar philosophy on patient care. Let's face it, finding people who will consistently go above and beyond at every level within an organization isn't always easy, however they've nailed it. I can't say enough glowing things about my experience and outcome related to treatment and surgeries (3 in total).

Dr. Desai and his PA, Alana, could not have been more professional and understanding during a very stressful time. Scheduled appts. were on time, and in a very up-beat atmosphere.

I am so glad I chose Dr. Desai as my surgeon! He is an amazing surgeon. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I am beyond happy with my results! Highly recommend him!

Dr Desai made me feel very safe and comfortable in an extreme procedure , his attitutude towards my surgery kept me calm and aware .
