I was a patient at Encompass Rehab Hospital in Woburn and Dr. Baqai was one of my doctors (usually) at night. She was terrific! I loved her bedside manner. She gave me a kick in the pants when I needed it, but she was kind and caring. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

No bedside manor,speaks in front of patient without including them in the conversation. Poor communication,multiple messages left without return calls. Did not feel that this person cared about my loved one.
