Just had my first visit with Dr. S and was impressed by her care! She was attentive and addressed my concerns. I left feeling hopeful about my migraines...first in a long time!

Don't see if you're a complicated patient
I went to Dr S, as she was the first neurologist I could find, after being dropped from my last two. I am treatment resistant and keep very good track of the medications I've been on and the nature of my condition. She prescribed medication that gave me dangerous symptoms, and wouldn't let me go off of it for three months. She tried to prescribe me a class of medication that I have failed three times and had horrible symptoms on. If you need to see the infusion clinic, you'll never hear the information you need to make an appointment. You will get double-charged every time you see this office, and the front desk will not help you with that. This clinic is advertised as being great for those who don't respond well to medication, but she told me in my last appointment that she was out of options and didn't know what I wanted her to do.

Horrible doctor
This doctor is awful, and that is the nicest way I can phrase it. I have never had a doctor treat me so poorly, and speak to me in such a nasty, ugly way. It was so bad, it was surreal. As soon as she walked in the room, she had a horrible attitude. It was as if she was goading me and trying to get a reaction out of me. This was my third visit; to be sure, the first two visits were bad. But, this visit she went too far. We cut the visit short after only a few minutes. It honestly was surreal. I, of course, complained about her after the visit. No one seemed surprised that I was so upset and that the visit went so poorly. This is not just a case of a bad bedside manner or a rude doctor. This is a horrible person who mistreats her patients and is awful. I question her ability to provide adequate, quality care to her patients.

Dr who hates people?
I've had two appointments with Anjali. She talked down to me, scolded me, and talked over me in both. She was literally picking a fight with me and trying to tell me I just had a personal disorder. I'm sure she has calendar availability, but don't put yourself through it.

Never again
If you are looking for a provider with a complete lack of empathy, look no further. She is very quick to talk over you, doesn't really listen and is extremely cold. The few appointments that I had (and there will be no more) left me feeling unheard and disappointed. Issues brought up were brushed off and focus redirected constantly. She refuses to answer the simplest questions via the portal and will force you to schedule an expensive office visit instead, where you will definitely be double charged. And forget about asking for a doctor's note. Not to mention the billing is an absolute joke. Get ready to spend hours on the phone with your insurance company and BSW billing. Every interaction with this office/provider has left me filled with anxiety and dread.
