Dr. Anitha Yadav, MD

It states that she is a Hepatologist as well as Gastro. In fact she was the one that told me I had Cirrhosis of the liver. I agree she does not listen to what you are saying & I feel she has no bedside manner. After seeing her for a year she was able to do a colonoscopy & an endoscopy. Advised me I had several polyps that were precancerous & that there was one she couldn't get all of. She also stated no varsices or ascites were found. I advised her of the swelling in my upper belly & she did nothing to find out why. Why didn't she do an ultrasound to find out more. Instead she said see you in 6 months!!! Wait, what??? I still have liver issues? Shouldn't you have referred me to someone else if you were done dealing with me. Instead I had to try to locate a new Dr. I have found a new Dr & am very happy. She listens & I finally feel like things are moving along. Thank you for what you had done to that point!! I still feel you should have done more to help me.

What a blessing Dr. Yadav has been in our lives! My husband has been suffering from ulcerative colitis for over a year now. Dr has been caring, knowledgeable and persistent in his care! Finding the right combination of meds and using her own time to call us and see how he was doing. She is very personable and sweet! You need to be responsible for things a doctor tells you to do and holding you to that is a must! She is always making sure you are doing the right things for your care. She has been a blessing for us and has saved my husband’s life! We are very grateful to dr yadav! I cannot say enough positive about her. She is an expert of her specialty!

HORRIBLE! This doctor does not listen to what you are trying to explain to her. She is very confrontational and she almost doesn't believe what you are telling her about your symptoms. I waited an entire month to see this doctor only to be let down. If I could give this doctor no stars; that's what I would do.

She listens, she's professional but also down to earth and easy to talk with. She's also concerned, caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Yadav took plenty time explaining procedure. People working for her are polite and knowledgeable. Were rules about driver to take me home as I would be under general anesthetic during procedure. Due to my cancer and meds I take for that, she felt more comfortable doing colonoscopy in hospital. Due to my insurance this was not problem for me and I appreciated extra care. Reason she didn’t get 5 stars: this was our first meeting and I don’t give 5 stars to anyone but Hem/Onc.
