Dr Sandhu did a biopsy on my thyroid and went on vacation without having anyone let me know if it was cancerous so I worried for 3 weeks about whether or not I had cancer. Years later after continuing to have problems I saw a very highly regarded expert after a 9 month wait for my appt, it turned out that the biopsy hadn't actually yielded testable material as she hadn't done it properly. My PCP had questioned me about why she wasn't using xray guidance and how a needle biopsy would be able to test hard nodules. Turns out, it doesn't. Good thing it wasn't cancer I guess.

I saw the PA even though appt was with Sandu. Exam was useless but received script for bloodwork. I learned through the pharmacy my scrip had been changed. The dr. office never notified me of results or changes to the script. I called 2 days later and they were going to mail the results and assured me this would not happen again. I agreed because I would be looking for another dr. Never received test results but did receive a certified letter a month later that they terminated their services!

Dr. Sandhu has been excellent to me with my diabetes care. Her staff has always been friendly and prompt. However their phone system (Anderson Hospital) is horrible. I have no idea how you can run a business and not have someone to answer the phones. I'm sure Anderson Hospital has her hands tied on this matter. The phone system is the reason for my "fair" review of urgent appointments.

Dr. Sandhu's office will never respond to voicemail messages. You are most likely to only get a recording. For two weeks I have never got a live person on the phone and when my PCP called to verify my claim, the live person said they never got a message AND at that time they did not even set an appointment for me which is what this mess is all over. My PCP has now fired me for noncompliance because he said that I need to see this doctor. Skip this place if you are shopping for a real doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Sandhu for over 5 years and she has been excellent in finding solutions to my thyroid issues. She is very friendly, caring and easy to talk to about any health related issues. She is very timely with appointments and does not keep patients waiting.

My referral was sent to them on a Monday. I called their office all week and all I got was a voicemail. Thursday after hours they called while my phone was charging. Friday I went in person to their office just to get my initial appointment set up. They were rude and the wait time to get in was unacceptable. ..they said they would call me in TWO MONTHS too set up an appointment
