Dr. Anita Schadlu and Dr. Shabari Seetharam saved my eyesight after my retina detached. They wasted no time treating me - working me in same afternoon my optometrist saw, diagnosed and referred me. I visited the Chandler office multiple times for follow-up treatment after surgery and now make annual visits to check my eyes. Dr. Prasad is professional, kind, helpful, and a skilled and experienced surgeon. I know my sight is in good hands with her and am grateful.

I was in Scottsdale, AZ visiting from FL. I developed floaters and loss of vision in my right eye. I called the emergency line of Arizona Retina and Vitreous Consultants and Dr. Schadlu returned my call. Based on my symptoms indicating P.V.D. she was concerned that I may have detached or torn my retina. On a Saturday afternoon, Dr. Schadlu opened her office & gave me a thorough exam. I was a patient of Dr Schadlu at the Chandler office. I amimpressed with the office staff and most importantly Dr Schadlu. She was knowledgeable thorough and professional and I left knowing I had received treatment for my macular degeneration above the standard of care. What a blessing to find her in Chandler AZ.

While Dr. Shadlu is a skilled physician, and is recognized by Vitals Doctor of the year award in 2013, her expertise is overshadowed by the unacceptable wait time experienced every appointment. Understandably there are times doctors run late, or behind, this is NOT the case with this practice. The scheduling practices of this office consistently ensure a wait time of an hour at the very least, the typical wait time is two hours.

I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Anita Schadlu by my optometrist. She performed a Vitrectomy on one of my eyes, but before that I saw her regularly for almost 2 years. She gave me all the information to make an informed decision. I am thrilled that I have clear vision once again. The entire staff of this office was kind, efficient and helpful. I would trust and recommend Dr. Schadlu to anyone, and I would return to her again if I had another need.

Dr. Schadlu has treated my macular degeneration for 6 years. Because of my profession I dealt with 100's of doctors over the years. She is the finest physician I have ever known!!! She is highly skilled, and more importantly, is extremely compassionate and caring. I owe my eyesight to her!!!
