During Covid-19 tending to my mother a dementia patient in her last hours; Dr. Ott video chat with me. I am a cardiac patient and had a very angry abcess on my left wrist beginning to travel up my arm. I did not want to leave my mothers bedside. Dr. Ott carefully, caringly consoled me. In less than 24 hrs. she arranged for me to have the needed surgery and medications. I followed Dr. Ott's lead and in less than a day I had the life saving surgery and now at home sitting at my mom's beside. I will always bless Dr. Ott and never forget her.

Just love Dr. Ott. She is very caring and compassionate and is very easy to talk to. She explains everything so you can understand it. Having worked for a primary care physician for over 35 years, it was very difficult to find another like him when he passed away. I feel very fortunate to have the priviledge of being Dr. Ott's patient. Would recommend her to everyone looking for a new PCP

I can't say enough nice things about Dr Ott and my experiences. During all my visits she has been warm, kind and understanding. She didn't just care about my ailment, she inquired about my family and my career. An example of her sincerity was when I called to get an appointment, the staff didn't have anything immediately free, I understood and made an appointment for a few days later. Dr Ott personally called me back and said, You rarely get sick, so it must be serious. Get in here asap!
