Wonderful
Dr. Chen is a wonderful doctor and extremely talented. I had prolapse surgery with my previous gyn and unfortunately had complications which created a vesicovaginal fistula. After two unsuccessful surgeries with him, I requested to see Dr. Chen bc I heard she was the best. She absolutely went above and beyond for me and was able to successfully repair the fistula, which I was starting to think was unrepairable. Her bedside manner is wonderful and her surgical skills are impeccable! She is the absolute best! I would highly recommend her!

Unfortunately I am leaving a poor review of Dr. Chen and it all revolves around the lack of education of your problem, the solutions/options, and potential surgical interventions. One visit, she scribbled on a piece of paper what the surgery would look like; another visit, I was not told the surgery involved a hysterectomy; worst of all, Dr. Chen documented false information stating that she had reviewed the surgical options and potential risks when in fact, Dr. Chen ran out of time and did not review them at all. She works at Mayo Clinic and its surprising what she gets away with. I am sure you can find someone else and if you see this, can you please recommend a good MD.

Dr. Chen successfully diagnosed a stage one cancerous growth and immediately referred me to an oncologist. She is an excellent doctor and I am forever grateful for her talent.

Failed cystocele and rectocele surgery. No improvement at all after major surgery and my symptoms to begin with were not severe. Also she was unavailable after surgery. Only nurses respond. She doesn’t personally call to check on you as I’ve heard others do. Even when there’s a problem.
