I have been seeing Dr. Waxali since I have switched from a pediatrician. She treats most of my family. She will always help you understand what is going on with your body and thoroughly explains why you feel the way you do. She is very patient and kind and responsive. Offers telehealth visits and is accessible whenever you need her.

Wait Times
I had used Dr. Waxali for about 5 years but got feed up with having to wait close to an hour each time me and my wife visiting there showing up on time for our appointments. We finally decided to take our business somewhere else. She should start looking at the repeated customer reviews and try to make improvements or else more previous patients are going to leave too.

Very Knowledgeable and Caring
Dr Waxalli is the perfect combination of a medical professional! Her knowledge, understanding your particular situation and she takes time to explain everything. I drive over an hour to see her & it’s worth it!

Competent, Caring and Supportive
Assisted my wife and I many times on various "run of the mill" health issues and more complex issues. If issues required other medical specialization she always seem to have a good list of specialists to meet. We have never been dis-satisfied with treatment results. Dr. Waxili and her office staff have made the transition to tele-doctoring easy and seamless. We still have the option to physically meet with Dr. Waxali, but we have found that this is generally not necessary. I have lived all over the world and have found that Dr. Waxali is the most knowledgeble of all doctors I have utilized.

I visited Dr. Waxali office for a Covid-19 prognosis (swab, blood work, and chest x-rays). I found her knowledgeable and approachable. However, her front office seems to have management issues and quite disorganized. I was to have an appointment four weeks later which they never made an appointment or contacted me for one. It seems that she is overwhelmed with patients and can't provide the important attention to the existing patients. In summary, I have a big x-ray bill because they sent me to an out-of-network facility, never followed up with the next appointment, and gave an incomplete review of my bloodwork which was not performed by Dr. Waxali, which I paid another $50 copay. My blood work indicated I needed some follow up advice, but no one from the office has contacted me for a followup visit. I have another Dr. I want to go to, but they are out of network. Unnecessarily, I'm out of pocket with expenses and no way forward on what to do next. Poorly run.

I was a former patient of DR. WAXALI about 2 years ago. I initially left her services because I was finding it hard to schedule an appointment with her. I just recently returned to her practice because she is geniuly caring , knowledgeable, and determined to treat her patients. Yes she may have long weight times, that's mainly because she is spending a lot of time listening to patients, educating patients, and treating patients. She has great bedside manner. You will never feel rushed!

Have used Dr. Waxali as my primary physician for years. It has been an overall good experience. Sometimes the wait is a little long. But I recognize that she is taking the time to carefully treat patients who need care. When I have have needed prompt treatment she has always worked me into her schedule, usually on the same day. Office is cleaner and more comfortable than many others I've visited. Dr. treats patients like adults. Is not condescending.

I became a new patient here just a few months ago & its time to find a better clinic to go to where the receptionists/MAs aren't dumb & know how to do their job. First job maybe? If you can't handle the upsurge of maybe 2 patients then go find a job maybe as a Gardner? Anyways, If you bank on getting your calls dodged or never returned, prescriptions never sent over or sent incorrectly, being shouted at for bringing them business then this is the place for you!

Came on time for my appointment and still had to wait 47 mins to be taken inside and then had to wait another 35 mins to see the doctor after I was taken in. This always happens

The staff are very rude and need to cut that crap out - they act like they are doing special favors for all the patients. If you do not like your jobs then go back to KFC and Taco Bell idiots. The Doctor is okay - nothing special. It seems she is overwhelmed by a lot of patients so the level of personalized care she used to offer is no longer there. Overall, a waste of time and there are far better physicians and staff you can deal with.
