Poor customer service assistance.
I called at least 9 times in the past 2 days to cancel an appointment. When the call was answered I was asked to hold I did so for several times and then said “no I’m not holding and hung up up and kept calling back. Ashley the receptionist said she was with a patient and I said who do you think I am. I need to cancel an appointment. Ansari is an excellent physician but I’m switching Drs after 20 years because of abysmal customer service. I can’t believe you don’t lose a lot of patients because of this. Dr. Ansari is a warm and caring doctor. He puts his patients at ease and very easy to talk to. He treats all his patients the same. He spends as much time that is needed. Answers all my questions and My husband and I are pleased with all our care. As a matter of fact I tested positive for coronavirus before my first appointment with him and he called and gave me instructions about care before my first in person appointment with him. Called back a few days later to see how I was progressing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. ??

Dr Ansari, was responsible for saving my life, I had a bad heart and he sent me to a cardiologist that perform double bypass. I am alive and a lot healthier because he listen and trusted his experience and not just test.
