Dr. Anila Wahid, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Wahid for over 11 years and normally have good experiences. The last few years the service has not been the same and the staff is very unprofessional. The wait times are extreme and she has lost all her compassion for for patients. I tried to speak with her regarding her staff and the issues that I was having and she rudely cut me off. I am very disappointed.

Dr. Wahid is very kind and answers all the questions that I have.

Dr. Wahid was a horrible experience. A very unkind, insensitive human being. Only two visits and not once was she remotely kind, she couldn’t even bother to greet with a fake smile. Just unnecessary long pauses in between words and attitude, very traumatizing having to had exchanges with her. Didn’t take the time to explain anything, just said medical terms and kept it going. When asking a question she gave off the feeling that she was offended to be questioned or asked to explain in a way that makes sense and she was determined to show “who’s in charge”. Got more comfort and explanations from the office staff than I did from Wahid. She passed along traumatizing news without any kind of compassion. Traumatized me so much that I went to the Emergency Room just to make sure I could get medical care and instruction.

Definitely took her time to listen.

After receiving a call from the nurses about my results, I requested to speak directly with the doctor to discuss next steps, in depth questions, and further testing due to my health concerns. My request was denied, and I was told I'd have to wait several weeks for another appointment. The 'nurse' that called me could not provide me any useful information, plan of action, or even interest in my health and well being. She was moody, snappy, unprofessional, oversensitive and just overall lost with no sense of social cues, proper professional communication or explanatory skills. The staff, including the practice manager who never returned my call after requesting a manager call me (the nurse told me she was too busy calling insurance companies and would not take my call), displayed a lack of empathy and professionalism. Another nurse that called me several days after attempted to answer my questions but clearly lacked the necessary knowledge, resorting to Googling answers.

Terrible doctor, very unprofessional, makes you feel dumb, does not explain things well, did not review records, reports and labs I brought in, she was rushing to finish so she could leave, this is the 2nd time I have seen her this year and both times the same thing, I will not be going back. I paid a $45 copay for nothing, left there more confused than when I went in, not professional whatsoever.

There’s always a great atmosphere. Really clean office and everything happens in a timely manner. I recommend Dr. Wahid all the way!!!

extremely long wait despite being the first appointment of the day. Exam and interaction with Dr Wahid felt very rushed. disappointed

She’s nice, but the wait time is entirely too long! Every time I go, I’m in the lobby waiting 30-40 minutes, then they put me in the room and it still takes her 40 minutes to come in. It’s ridiculous. Like, what’s the point in sitting in the room looking at that dated decor?

Great Dr and I love the staff at this facility. Dr .Wahid is a very sweet lady and a Awesome Dr.

Horribly unprofessional, both the dr and staff. Does not follow up on lab tests. Avoid at all costs.

She acted like she was too busy to see me and I had to try and pull information out of her before she quickly left the room after usually showing up late. My first appointment she explained that if I wanted an abortion then it is better to do it early. Mind you, I did not ask about terminating my pregnancy. At my 20 week scan she said the baby was breach and that we may need to schedule a c-section at 39 weeks if the baby stays that way!! She is not a good doctor! Save yourself the trouble!

She is an amazing Doctor , made me feel at home and i felt welcomed every time . it was easy making appointments , very clean and very friendly .

Horrible Service!!!!!! I've never been to any Dr office that showed No care for their patients. Waiting 2 hrs to see this Dr Wahid and when I saw her she didn't introduce herself nor apologized for having me wait so long. I was a new patient at that. I just asked to be refunded...NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO TOTAL WOMEN HEALTH DR OFFICE. Horrible staff and DR's!!!!!!! No one should go there.... -Sincerely a new patient

My experience with Dr. Wahid and the Staff is excellent, I would definitely recommend her to a friend and/or family. I was followed by Dr. Wahid throughout my pregnancy, and everything went well. she is not only my doctor, she became a friend.She takes the time to listen and address concerns. No rushing as opposed to some doctors.The staff is very professional, at first I kind of felt that they were too serious, but you can't expect any different, they're doing their job. a great job!

NEGLIGENCE Dr.Wahid Anila and her staff did not have sense of urgency when my pregnant wife needed immediate medical attention.My wife had abnormal blood work and she was sent home instead of being sent to the hospital. Besides that, they filled away her blood work results instead of informing her.Dr.Wahid Anila said that my wife?s health condition didn?t need urgent care. She was wrong; my wife was having blood issues. As a result,my wife collapsed and passed away. She was 4 months pregnant
