Not an empathetic doctor
She is too much in a hurry and does not explain conditions well which makes me not trust her. She is not empathetic, talks down to patients and is argumentative when you have questions. The office staff can be unfriendly but one or two of them are a little friendlier. I will have to find a more competent doctor who is empathetic and actually likes working with people and has a staff that likes people too.

Doctor is great, office staff not so much.
Dr. Khan is nice, but the office staff is so incompetent at times especially when it comes to connecting you with a specialist who takes your insurance. I had to call 8 times and still the referral never got sent to the right location. I'm really considering just changing back to my previous doctor. Dr. Khan is great but I just don't appreciate how bad the office staff is at sending referrals. If anyone from the office reads this please try to improve communication with the place you are trying to send the patient to. That way there is no confusion or inconvenience for you guys or the patient. Thank you.

Dr. Khan doesn't collect my reports. I was so sick last year that I could barely walk, and all she did was asking me to take allergy pills.

Dr.Khan is an excellent doctor I cannot speak enough good things about her. I came from Houston with so many problems from a accident I had in 2015 staying in pain and depression among other health issues I could not get out of bed due to so much pain and depression I found Dr. Khan and she helped me to feel so much better. I thank God for Dr. Khan she not just a great doctor but but a person that cares about people that is very hard to find . I been to many doctors in different states none compares to her.

Spent about a week calling the office trying to get my mom an appointment, they kept saying I will get a call back from the scheduler, never happened, finally patched me to the "scheduler" on my 8th call. On the day of, I called them to confirm something and they said the had to cancel because she was called somewhere else. Ladies answering the phone always sounded tired and like they didn't want to help. Leaving one star on everything but it may not be accurate as I never even got to the appt.

Lacking in even rudimentary empathy. Would not even return a call when a prescription ( nausea med ) was requested. Not filled after two requests with no reason. Turned all contact with me to her N P who also had no concern. Would say a prescription would be sent to pharmacy but wasn’t. The entire office is abominable. Have a new Dr and am treated with dignity as should be expected. Not recommended for anyone.

Rude, didn't listen, interuppted every sentence and made bad assumptions before hearing answers, talks down to patients. No empathy. Didn't care about past medical history. Even made an innappropriate joke. I can't imagine a doctor experience being any worse than this one.

Front office staff is rude on the phone, but pretty pleasant in person. Doesn't seem like they like people though. Dr. Khan seems nice and knowledgeable. She had odd hours and they close early. She will withhold time sensitive medication due to schedule availability. Not a very open schedule, but can't get a refil because I have to see her. I understand, but allow people enough till they see you.
