Dr. Anil Shrestha, MD

Unprofessional and Unreliable. I never complain about anyone, but after 25 missed calls and voicemails trying to schedule appointments, they tried to bill me for missing appointments that were completely their fault. Then, the doctor refused to speak to me and fix the situation after waiting 2 hours in his office and calling off work. Clearly, they do not value or respect their patients

An apparent uneducated but definately classless girl named Amy is the first person to greet you when you enter the St Augustine office. It is also a good reason to go to another doctor. That's what I did.

Dr. Shrestha was able to diagnose my hypothyroid condition when no one else was able to. When I had high calcium levels in my blood, he was relentless in finding out why and seeing that the condition was corrected. The staff is always polite and friendly. Dr. Shrestha was key in catching the cancerous mass in my left kidney so that it could be addressed sooner rather than later when the office staff of my primary care physician didn't feel that it was important to see that my primary care physician received the results of tests he had ordered. I am very pleased with the attention and treatment I have received from Dr. Shrestha. I have never felt unimportant when with him. My grand daughter saw him prior to being stationed elsewhere and she was very happy with him and expressed that she was going to miss hm when she moved. I would and have recommended Dr. Shrestha to family and friends.

I wrote the one star review entitled disappointed, which I could not edit. Dr Shrestha and Dr Warda called me today to apologize. Dr Shrestha was out of the country for a wedding, unaware of my plight. I accepted his apology. However, this never should’ve happened. He’s entitled to vacation time, of course, but somebody in the practice has to inform patients of their results while he is absent. I hope the policy is changed and this never happens again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shrestha for over 6 years. I am impressed and thankful for his questioning, listening and follow through on my concerns and health issues.

Dr. Shrestha has been a good endocrinologist for me for many years.

Deadly, insist on giving insulin in Flagler caused blood sugar to fall below dangerous levels 5 times while sedated and intubated, last time less than -20. My husband died stroke and then heart failure due to over insulin injections under his care and prescribed medicines while my husband was unconscious

My second visit to review my blood work. He told me he had no idea what to do, asked me what I wanted him to do then said I should see another specialist. I totally wasted my time and felt like I had just been insulted. I walked out of the room on him and I will never return. Totally unprofessional and certainly not the kind that thinks outside of the box or wants to take the time to help. He was quick to cut me off while speaking the first time and I gave him another chance. He did the same thing and spoke over me. Out of frustration and waiting weeks to get my results with no outcome or plan of action, I was frustrated as well. Moving forward to find a professional He is not it.

I love this whole office staff including Dr. Shrestha. My first visit was today. I was totally blown away with the ease of introduction and feeling like this was my second or third home. OMG fantastic. My best friend was with me and said toward the end..."Oh my this place makes me want to have a medical issue that Dr. Shrestha can treat". Quote to quote. Enough said?

I went to Dr. Shrestha because I was referred to him for my symptoms and results from blood work. It took a month to see him, which I understand if there's a high patient load, but upon my appt he was insanely rude and unprofessional. He consistently cut me off while I was trying to tell him what symptoms I was having and then would ask about a symptom that he would have known if he let me speak. He pretty much said the reason I was referred wasn't his problem and to come back in a month.
