Dr. Anil Punjabi, MD

The most unfriendly doctor and medical staff I’ve encountered in years. From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel unwelcome and that you’re a nuisance. Dr. Anil Punjabi is quite an egotist and makes every effort to toot his own horn and appear superior. He answered NONE of my questions, seemed disinterested and completely wasted my time. If he’s not an Orofacial pain management doctor then he shouldn’t claim on his website to be one! He did not recognize one of my symptoms and proclaimed, “I’m a surgeon, not a dentist!” Oh, okay, Dr. Punjabi. His staff is unorganized and clearly, not into facilitating a smooth or professional patient experience. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking to find caring, pleasant & knowledgeable folks to help you.

I was left severely disfigured and he punctured my lung during surgery. My entire thigh incision opened and he tried to sew then staple it shut in his office a week later. I was left with PTSD after suffering through months of having to pack my own wounds. When I questioned anything I was treated with disdain.

My son was born with a cleft lip and from the beginning knowing he needed surgery I was a mess. Dr Punjabi and his staff took all the worries away, explained everything clearly and even personally checked up on him. Today he had his 7 year revisional surgery and it went super smooth and he did another outstanding job. I love this Dr! He is a true artist and he cares about his patients and his work. I truly trust my son in his hands! God bless him and his staff!!!

I had reconstructive surgery in June 2006. Dr Punjabi was very personable, answered so many of my questions and eased my fears. My surgery went well and I was very pleased with the results, and I had no complications.

Had 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted here. I ended up in the ER days later battling for my life. I almost bled to death. I lost half my body's count of blood. I had to have 2 emergency surgeries just to stop the bleeding and ended up spending an additional 5 days in the hospital just so the doctors were sure I was stable enough to go home. Turns out my artery and nerve were lacerated during my oral teeth extraction. If this is the kind of care you want then by all means go with this doctor

Extremely professional, most sincere doctor around who is superiorly qualified in both oral and plastic surgery. I, including two of my children, had surgery in his office and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I am scheduling my next procedure with Dr. Punjabi in the near future. Also, he is an amazing and highly skilled doctor to get Botox and/or fillers such as Juverderm added to improve your looks. He is an artist in this area! Love Dr. Punjabi ! His staff is amazing too ! Dr Punjabi and his staff were very understanding, helpful and kind in their treatment of my elderly parent with dementia.
