Dr. Smith was extremely thorough. She explains in common language like an experienced teacher. Dr. Smith would be great in the classroom but I'm thankful she's in the medical field. She is knowledgeable, pragmatic, and encouraging.

Our experience was very unsatisfactory. She was extremely brief when addressing our questions & concerns. Her temperament was short. She offered One option/solution & claimed there were No other less evasive options, None! I found this to be Untrue! She has an uncaring bedside manner.
