Dr. Anh Pham is an exceptional oral surgeon. After another local oral surgeon severely damaged my tooth nerve and caused extensive complications during my implant treatment, Dr. Pham stepped in and miraculously saved my teeth with his outstanding surgical skills. Both implants that he completed have been remarkably successful, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have chosen Dr. Pham for my dental implants. Additionally, he expertly performed my wisdom teeth extraction many years ago, which was also highly successful. Initially, I followed my family dentist's recommendation to see a different oral surgeon, which unfortunately turned out to be a terrible decision. However, once I found Dr. Pham, I knew I was finally in excellent hands. Thanks to Dr. Pham's exceptional work, my two teeth have been perfectly restored. I had been a patient of this for about a year. I feel Dr. Pham is good surgeon. However, my review is based mostly on the front desk staff. I had surgery planned with this office that included extractions and implants that were over $11,000 with my insurance. I went to get a 2nd opinion and found a better option that worked better for me at less money. When I told the office that I was going a different route, the office told me that Dr. Pham would no longer see me as a patient due to going to another practice. I was told that Dr. Pham does not work on patients that have gone to other oral surgeons. Interesting...That is fine. I won't ever have to deal with the horribly obnoxious and condescending woman at the front desk. She was the main reason why my wife and I looked into surgeon. She spoke to me like a 4-year-old telling me to 'get your temporary denture in your little hands before you call me and waste our time'. Dr. Pham has been knowledgeable and compassionate throughout my recent procedure. He helped me understand the state of my condition, what to expect for the surgery, and what to pay attention for after-care. He has been responsive to my follow up visits and calls. He has given me corrective guidance and encouragement to make sure I am healing well. I am so grateful to have found a doctor who is as supportive as he is. Would definitely recommend.
