I have never had such a wonderful experience with a primary care physician. She took an incredible amount of time teaching and empowering me on my medical condition. She is incredibly knowledgeable about integrating the whole body and empowering the patient for self care. I feel so lucky to have been referred to her!

My first visit with Dr. Martinez was the most enlightening experience I've ever had with a PC. I have taken ADHD medication for +15 years. She is the first PC to ever explain the drawbacks of these meds, or provide natural alternatives to mitigate their short and long term effects and better manage my ADHD. She gave explicit, clear directions for diet, activity, and lifestyle changes, and suggested helpful nutritional supplements. 3 months later, my focus is better AND I'm losing weight.
