Dr. Ferraro was very attentive and gave me good suggestions. He showed concern about things that were going on with me. I liked that he has a PA entering date into the computer, so instead he could focus on taking to me face to face. Much more personal.

Going to a heart specialist adds A Bit of anxiety to the experience. Dr Ferraro was amazing. He spoke with confidence and at a level that I understood. Dr Ferraro cared about my well being and made sure that I understood the options before me and he made suggestions on what he felt was the best thing to do. I recommend this Doctor to anybody. Kootenai was a great Place to be seen.

Dr Ferraro is highly skilled (he's implanted 4 stents for me); and he takes the time needed to make good professional judgments. He spends much more time looking at me, rather than at a computer screen, like so many Doctors do now. I'd be remiss not to mention his nurse, Diane that is outstanding and professional in providing prompt information to me when that is needed, and in making sure the Doctor is informed of any questions I have, and getting back to me between appointments.
