Terrible experience. I received an MRI and blood tests but she never got back to me about interpretation of the results. I’ve called, messaged, and left voicemails but I never heard back from her. Such an awful experience because I was hopeful that she would give my concerns the attention they needed. I do not recommend whatsoever.

Suffer from chronic migraines and she has been my savior. She actually listens to me every time I see her and does everything in her power to make things better for me. She’s incredibly compassionate and empathetic as well as knowledgeable on migraines, cutting edge treatments, and current research in the field. She helped me get my life back as a sufferer of chronic migraines.

Went to see Dr. Vgontzas for severe chronic migraines. Decided to have her as my doctor. Then I started suffering with 3-4 day migraines. I then called and emailed her talked to her office manager but never heard back. It has been almost 30 days with no response. I have called and emailed repeatedly always with the same response from her staff "We will take the message and have her get back to you". My advice is if you have migraines find a doctor that has availability and is reliable

Does not follow up with your care when Neurosurgery requires that you be monitored by a neurologist. Extremely unprofessional and rude and does not get back to you when you send a message.
