Dr. Angela Merzenich, MD

Dr. Merzenich is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She listens to me and spends time listening to me. Some of the staff that answers phones are very rude and downright nasty. I called because the nurse told me to and they acted like I was wrong and that I was very incompetent.

I love Dr. Merzenich! I had chosen a different doctor through my Florida Blue plan and in two years of appointments had never actually met the doctor. Although the medical assistants were awesome I had an an unexpected appointment one day and my doctor's office wasn't available so they asked me if I would like to see Dr. Merzenich. I agreed and at my first meeting with her she took time to listen to me, was very thorough and I felt like she was a good fit for me. I am just enough of a hypochondriac to worry about everything, but she addresses all of my questions and shows genuine respect for any issue that I might have.

I had contracted scabies while working in the medical field and every doctor i went to did not listen when i told them the itching had spread to my spouse. They kept telling me it was my soap or laundry detergent... One visit to Dr. Merzenich and she correctly diagnosed and treated me.

Abrasive personality, poor bedside manner. Staff is disorganized and disengaged.

Very bad...has an attitude and just rushes in prescribes pills for things that are not needed or problems you don't even have and only concerned in pushing medication in my opinion. Does not listen whatsoever and is very argumentative. As far as the lake mary office.....yuck! very rude individuals that seem to get upset when you show up to your appointment and god forbid if you have a question.

No im been diabetic for 5 years she wont look at medical history wont give me insulin doesnt listen to her patients can b rude at times and u will b waiting a long time even though. Ur on time over a hour. Worst docter ive been to very cheap thou get what u pay for. Comes n docter room says what she has to say and rushes out and i also have hearing problems witch she doesnt know about cause she leaves the room so quickly waste of ur time

Excellent doctor but the office staff except for Dustin are unprofessional. My last visit was met with pop music blaring in the waiting room. Most sick patients are not interested in listening to pop music. I think the Dr was out if town.

Absolutely top notch. Every aspect of Dr. Merzenich's practice is outstanding. She listened to my concerns and I completely trusted her. Had to change doctors due to insurance and the new doctor/practice can't hold a candle to her.

Dr Merznich is AMAZING! She is the most personable Dr. I have ever met. Her staff is great. I always get an appointment in a reasonable time. And never wait long in the office. Our whole family loves her! I recommend her to everyone I like.

She's great - knowledgeable, spends time explaining things to you, takes your opinion and what you say seriously. Great when it comes to treating mental health conditions.

She is a very caring and knowledgeable of her profession. I ask for an appointment to see her and they did not have any openings until late next week. I told them it was kind of an emergency, they ask the doctor and she ask me to go see her right away. I was very thankful because the next day I was feeling much much better.
