Does not listen, does not like questions
Dr. Crowley told me that my multiple positive ANA titers were false positives and mistakes by the lab (even though they had been done at different labs). She told me all of my bloodwork was “normal” despite how I feel. I told her I wouldn’t be seeing her if I felt normal. Just another doctor who does not take women’s concerns seriously. Trust your body and find someone who listens.

Outstanding physician the first person who took time to listen to me about my condition after three to four years of debilitating pain I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. She was kind, sweet and compassionate characteristics you don't always find with doctors who are constantly dealing with people who are in pain. I'd trust her with my family. I'm finally making progress

At my first visit, Dr. Crowley and Kathy, her assistant, both showed concern and compassion for my medical symptoms. Both worked to get me an appointment much sooner than originally available. Dr. Crowley asked questions and listened to my description of the issue and personal and family history related to the symptoms on my new patient visit. She then discussed tests she wanted to do to narrow down a diagnosis and then treat the condition. I am confident that Dr. Crowley will pursue getting to the proper diagnosis with exam and test based evidence. I wish I had seen her sooner, the symptoms have been increasingly painful and apparently I was not previously seeing or referred to the correct type of specialist over the last 10 + years. The Hinsdale office has xray equipment an excellent techs, and the phlebotomist who took my 10 vials of blood was excellent and professional, as I have difficult to find veins, she got it perfectly the first time.
