First visit went well. Quick, efficient and friendly. When I arrived for my second appointment which was at 8:00AM I was told they would have to re-schedule because I was supposed to check in at 7:45. I was never told this. Then she tried to tell me I was late anyway even though I had waited in line for 5 minutes behind another client. Will never go back after being treated so poorly.

Dr. Covington is gentle, has a great bedside manner, is quick and efficient. Her stuff was lovely. Great experience.

A very comfortable first visit. The office staff was very nice and Dr. Covington was very complete in her exam. I must say I have found another great doctor in Hamilton, MT.

This was not my first time seeing Dr Covington, but it was a urgent matter and I was able to get in the next day. Dr Covington diagnosed my issue and prescribed a treatment plan right away. She, and her staff were all very pleasant as always!

In this pandemic era when doctors’ offices have only recently begun to take in-office patients, I was fit into a very busy schedule with a dermatological emergency. The staff were all friendly and courteous and professional and efficient, easing my anxiety tremendously. Dr. Covington was wonderfully helpful and friendly, again putting me at ease. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and professionalism, and her generous willingness to explain things to me and to allow me to ask questions. Hamilton is very privileged to have her here in our community.

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Dr. Covington. First and foremost, let me start by saying the front desk staff was kind and courteous. Then on to Dr. Covington's medical assistant. She was kind and gentle and listened fully to my concerns and fully answered my questions. She also asked very pointed and precise questions to make sure she was getting ALL the information, not just some of it. On to Dr. Covington. She came in, evaluated me, and gave me honest answers and honest treatment optio
