Dr. Angela Chavez, DO

I've never seen such a horrible "Dr" ("DO" lol) in my life!!!!!!!! After a worthless, rude, terrible urgent care visit with her, I decided to google her to see how others felt about her. Turns out everyone's negative feedback is 1000% on point and she is truly that way with everyone. Too bad I didn't know who my child would be seeing ahead of time since it was an urgent care, bc if I knew it would be her we would absolutely have not gone. She was rude, condescending, zero bedside manner, disrespectful, all the same as everyone else has posted. Spoke to her less then 5 minutes and she dismissed herself. Said my child doesn't have a uti and that's it. Didn't try and figure out what else may be going on, dismissed my questions, just said ok bye and left the room. Not friendly, didn't wait for a goodbye in return, abrupt end to an unresolved, unfinished conversation. She must work at an urgent care so that way people don't know it's her they will be seeing ahead of time!

Dr. Chavez is very condescending and has absolutely no bedside manner. She couldn't give me a diagnosis. She laughed at me and disregarded me. I have never been so disrespected by a medical professional.

August 2019 - Despite my mother's pain in her calf and behind her knee and our concern that it could be a blood clot, Dr. Chavez looked at my mother's chart showing spinal stenosis and insisted the pain was from her back. Two weeks later, my mother ended up in the emergency room where they found multiple clots in her groin and in her lungs. Deserves ZERO stars.

No rapport building skills, horrible bedside manner, rude, disrespectful. Disregarded my previous treatment. Did not take time to hear all my symptoms before jumping to conclusions. '0' stars would be my vote. You take what you can get on a holiday urgent care visit.

Dr. Chavez is the best. She put me right at ease.

The rudest doctor I have ever encountered. She doesn’t listen to patients and seems to get off on her rude NP as well. UGH get another profession!

What a breath of fresh air to be able to talk with a Dr who obviously knows her stuff and how to explain it. Dr Chavez showed real compassion and concern. Her diagnosis literally saved my life. Thank you Dr Chavez.

While visiting NC, I had a health concern and was lucky enough to get Dr. Chavez. She was very professional and very knowledgable. She treated me as though I were a family member and answered all my questions without being condescending. She genuinely cared about my concerns and went above and beyond to calm my fears.

She was wonderful! SO professional, and provided excellent care. She took time to actually listen and seemed really empathetic. I felt better really fast! Thanks Dr. Chavez!!!

She called me "chesty" to her colleagues. She had just stepped our the room to get my AVS and says "I'm letting chesty go". Why lady? Then when I'm talking to her she act like I'm talking her to death. She asked me a question and I'm just giving her an answer.
