Dr. Angela Bymaster, MD

Refuses to accept or see new insurance patients even though her website says accepting patients and insurance portals say she is. Bad communication, and a very un Christian like attitude by this organization. Wasted lots of my time and postponed my medical care even though she is assigned as a PCP for me. Total nightmare to deal with.

I’ve been suffering with my health for over 3 years. My HMO Dr. Could not figure it out. A couple of months after seeing Dr. Angie and my health is just about back to normal. Dr. Angela was a life saver literally. My wife had gone for nearly a year with undiagnosed pernicious anemia. We went thru months of frustration going to doctor after doctor from every speciality including alternative medicine. Dr. Angie was the 13th doctor. She was finally able to give us the correct diagnosis even though she had no prior experience treating this condition. She’s been our family doctor ever since and she’s incredible. I can’t recommend her enough.

Dr. Angie and the amazing staff here have been marvelous in caring for my dad during a serious illness when we felt he needed more proactive care than his primary doctor was willing to offer. Dr. Angie’s quality of care has been outstanding. Dr, Bymaster always entered the room with a bright smile and laptop in hand. She is attentive and friendly, interested in what health issues I may have walked in on the day of our meeting. She would normally pose sensible questions to get a better sense of what might be what is going on with my condition. Dr. Bymaster frequently took her time quizzing me and making a diagnosis, leading to sound recommendations. She was never more than 5-10 minutes late for our appointments. 1.5 hour office wait, in addition to the first 15 minutes bc I arrived early. Dr. Bymaster never saw me- sent her nurse practitioner to see me, sent her NP to return my call. Suggested my orthopedist look at my 4y/o MRI to assess if I need surgery rather than order a new MRI. Incompetent. I am switching doctors and letting SCVHP how disappointed I am:
