Dr. Angela Busch-Doble, DO

I have been extremely disappointed with the services provided by Baptist and Angela C. Busch-Doble. It is evident that their primary focus is on maximizing their billing hours rather than patient wellness. Despite having my complete medical history, they insist on unnecessary office visits to increase their billable time. This fee-for-service approach is not patient-centric and feels more like a business strategy to overcharge. I believe healthcare should prioritize patient care and wellness, not just profit.

When I made my new patient appointment with Dr. Busch’s office I told the person making my appointment that my husband and I wanted to be able to accompany each other in the exam rooms on our appointments. I was told that was not a problem. We made an appointment for 6 weeks out. We went to our appointment as new patients 15 minutes early as we were told. When we got there we were met by someone from a different dept. telling us they were in a meeting and didn’t know how long they would be. When we were finally taken to a room we were informed we could not be in the room together we had to be in separate rooms. I explained I was told when making appointments that we could be together. She said no we couldn’t so we left. Where do I send the bill for the waste of my time?

She is well informed, listens to my concerns and has already offered two alternative medications that are safer on my body.

She was professional and caring.

Dr.B-D was very thorough.

As my primary physician is on a leave, I had to see a new doctor. I am very pleased to have been referred to Dr. Busch. She spent a lot of time discussing my pre-op clearance tests. She was very personable and explained how she would relate all of my pre-op test results to the surgeon. She also knew my former primary and my surgeon, and expressed confidence in them.

Dr. Busch was very attentive. She allowed me to express my concerns. I felt that I had her full attention and I didn't feel rushed. She even took extra time to review lab results from a previous visit. She was very thorough in her exam.

Dr Busch was my primary care doctor for over 25 years in Ft Lauderdale. I found her to be very thorough and caring. She spent time with me and listened to me. I saw her for routine care every 3 months and as needed if I was sick. I was sorry to see she moved away because how does one find a new doctor when I had such a great one previously. As for the moving offices, Dr Busch was part of Holy Cross Hospital group and they made her change her office..I complained to HCH because one of the offices was an additional 15 minute drive added to my already 30 minute drive to get to the office. At least 3 of the 4 offices I saw her at she was the only doctor...only the farthest office had 3 other doctors and it was small and cramped and crowded. I recommend Dr Busch-Doble because from my experience she is an excellent doctor.

I’ve seen Dr. Busch for years in Fort Lauderdale. Such a GREAT doctor. I will miss having her expertise when I need her!

She’s not thorough at all, and will only review test results with an appointment. No phone calls at all ever! Nor does she use the patient portal. She doesn’t upload test results into the portal so you’re online record is incomplete. It takes days for someone to call you with test results and all they can tell you is “the doctor said for you to make an appointment to see her to discuss results.” Her nurse is great, I wish I could take her with me to whoever will be my new care provider.

She may be a good doctor but she is terrible with patients and runs unnecessary test to pad bill, her assistant is even worse with patients. Saw her briefly and she was in a different location each time so she must have issues getting along with her colleagues also.

I had a great experience with Dr. Busch and her staff. She was very caring and efficient.

My wife was poorly served by Dr. Busch. She found her to be uninformed and uncaring. Specifically...failed to submit requested information to my insurance provider for my wife to have her medication approved. Based on mammography exam (results of which Dr. Busch called one week after results were available), my wife was scheduled for ultra-sound then a biopsy. My wife had to call her office for biopsy results to be told that yes, the results were in but Dr Busch and her head nurse were out

I've been going to Dr. Busch for years. Ever since my previous Dr. passed away and she took her patients. Hope I can continue to see her into my Medicare years. Love her staff as well.

I was seen a few months ago and I was treated really well. The front office is very welcoming and caring. Dr Busch was great. She took care of my needs and I love her attititide.
