Dr. Anesha Gray, MD

My experience with Dr Gray was amazing she made feel comfortable. I had a LEEP procedure. She was so understanding and helpful with everything. Any questions I had she answered them no problem. Iam currently trying to find her cause she is no longer at southside st Vincent’s.

Dr.Gray listens to YOU the patient! She makes sure that you understand everything regarding your health. I’m so lucky to have found her. She is great support for the LGBTQI+ community. She respects pronouns. She is always up beat and eager to tend to her patient. I have recommended her to many friends and family and they all say the same! You will not regret choosing her as your OB.

Dr Gray is the only doctor within the group who will not allow more than one person into the room with the patient, and this was not communicated ahead of time. She/They also would not make exceptions and had false excuses like the amount of room in the patient room (the same rooms our family has been in many times before with other doctors). We are glad to hear she is leaving the group and we will not have to see her again as a patient.

The staff treated me with rudeness and unprofessionally, and the doctor never showed up for my appointment. After waiting for over 2 hours, there was no show. A nurse rudely informed me that I had the option to leave if I wanted. My well-being or health was not something they cared about. Extremely disappointed in the level of care.

Dr. Gray has a gentle, compassionate bedside manner. She explains everything in layman's terms and patiently answers my questions, ensuring I fully understand and reassuring me in a positive manner. She has a warm, positive, joy-filled attitude that immediately puts me at ease. She and her medical and support staff are all most welcoming and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Gray and, as a 77yo, I am very grateful to be her patient for my GYN issues/care.

I had a wonderful pregnancy and delivery with Dr. Maxwell! She was always full of information for me and my husband. Her attention to the little things that concerned me or i had questions about were always treated with importance. She always explained the test or procedures they were doing in the office before doing them. My baby was born 1/26/2020 at 5:13am and she made sure she was there to deliver her even though she wasn’t on call that day. It made my husband and I very comfortable. Dr Maxwell made me feel comfortable about my situation from day one. She had answers to all my questions and concerns. She performed my hysterectomy and I recovered well. She was very knowledgeable and professional and diagnosed my issues correctly everytime. Would definitely recommend her.

My visit with Dr. Maxwell was awful. I'd never had a pelvic exam so I was nervous and she didn't seem to care to help me calm down. She tried to do the exam 3 times b/c it hurt me too much and wasn't working. She only finally stopped on the 3rd try b/c I almost started screaming after saying "it hurts" repeatedly. I wasn't able to get through the pelvic exam, but it hurt enough and I was shocked enough afterwards I had crying spells and felt really terrible. It still feels bad to think about.

Dr. Maxwell is a very knowledgeable and listens carefully to her patients. She never left anything unexplained and genuinely cares for her patients. I am so thankful to have found a Doctor whom has integrity and who is so passionate about her area of expertise.

I'm 44, and I've seen over 30 Gyn's in my life and Dr. Maxwell is the best. I have been seeing Dr. Maxwell since January. I have been having a lot of female issues and was scared to go to the doctor. I was also scared to open up about what was going on with my body, however, Dr. Maxwell put me at east and talking to her is like talking to a friend and not just a doctor. She really listens and hears what you are saying. I trust her 100% and value her opinion. I never have to wait long.

Being a first time mother. Dr. Maxwell made my experience easy and smooth! She was always aware of changes and had answers for every question i had. Communicate is key for me and Dr. Maxwell was on point with communicating with me about EVEYTHING. THANKS A TON. LOVE
