Dr. D'Abreu is among the best clinicians who I have been cared for at UVA. She is matter-of-fact but still manages to be kind, which I think is a wonderful combination in any doctor but particularly one dealing with neurologic diseases.

We love Dr. D'Abreu. She is always so upbeat, listens to our concerns and always goes that extra mile. This time we had a concern about a mail order prescription that had been left out in below freezing weather. She immediately checked with the pharmacist for us and helped us with a course of action. Much appreciated.
