He was the only doctor who had the guts to tell us reality. All the other doctors, including at Sloan Ketterling, gave us vastly optimistic prognoses because they didn't have the guts to upset us. Their vast optimism led to many medical procedures that were futile and decreased my father's quality of life in his last weeks. This doctor was frank with us and although what he told us was a very harsh reality his predictions about how my father's cancer would proceed were exactly correct.

Warm, caring, thorough - everything a patient wants in an oncologist can be found in Dr. Kudelka. What I like best - He REALLY listens to his patients!
