Rude doctor, and a complete waste of time.
Firstly, my visit was a complete waste of time. Not only did he SNAP at me - he gave me no diagnosis, just looked at my recurring condition (via a photo - because my condition had cleared up from the time I made the appointment to when I saw him, but I had taken a photo), rudely said 'THAT'S IT?' and then cut me off when I explained my symptoms. NUMEROUS TIMES. Basically he cut me off each time I answered anything he asked. I wanted to explain how it all started, and basically want to get the right advice from him. I explained the weepy skin, the crust etc. Again, cut me off. He couldn't even be bothered. He just said 'oh it's dry skin'. He stood up and told his assistant to give me some hydrocortisone. The lady at Walgreens could have given me a better diagnosis. He was absolutely awful. I walked out still not knowing what I'm suffering through. Just absolutely humiliated. AND ANGRY! Please stay away from this guy.

I had been to Dr. Woolrich on a semi-regular basis. He was competent, informative, professional and very personable. Looking to go back to him for another issue.

I highly recommend avoiding Dr. Woolrich. First he treated me for something I didn't have and made me come back 3 times to just pad the bill. He got fully paid by my insurance company and I paid a copay all four times I was there, but he still sent me a bill for more money. He seems to be there more for the money. I didn't think he deserved more money so I didn't pay the extra money he was demanding. He then sent it to a collection agency which went on my credit report. I have never heard of a doctor doing this. Do you yourself a favor and stay far away from him.

The doctor is not one to mince words which could turn some off. I was raised in Brooklyn, I had no problem with him. He was concise, diagnosed my condition and treated me immediately. Follow up in a week and a re-check in 3 months.

Horrible doctor. Doesn't let you speak. Didn't explain anything. Simply rude. Was the most humiliating experience I ever had. Made the wrong diagnosis to top it up. Save yourself the humiliation and find a different doctor.

Horrible. No other words. Treats you like you are no a human being. Will not let you speak. Will tell you to get naked in front of him with no gown, look at you for 2 minutes and send you away without explaining. Then you will find out it is the wrong diagnosis. Save yourself the humiliation, aggravation, time and money. Absolutely disgusted with this doctor.
