I have been a patíent of Twin Cities Pain Clinic, Dr. Andrew Will and associates for over seven years. Around 4 AM one morning I couldn’t sleep I started thinking about one of my family members who needed a refill on one of his medications & dialed the “after hours” number for Twin Cities Pain Clinic expecting the call to go to voicemail …instead Dr. Will personally answered the call, which completely caught me off guard. I was horrified, knowing I woke him up at 4 AM for a non-emergency situation. Dr. Will was very understanding. He asked me if there was anything of an urgent matter that needed attention immediately and I advised him that there was no emergency and that I never expected him to answer the call (or anyone for that matter). He was so kind & I still cannot believe that the owner of the clinic answered the call at 4 AM concerned about the well-being of his patient. I’ve never ever experienced that from any other physician in my entire life and I very highly recommend TCPC

To Me And My Family Dr. Will has absolutely been an angel here on earth. This ultra professional doctor is blessed with an amazing set of skills and knowledge for his chosen specialty of pain management. He is a lovely and compassionate provider. I have personally witnessed the exceptional care and concern he shows and provides for his medical establishments aka “Twin Cities Pain Clinic” or “TCPC” his employees and patients. Dr Will and his staff made me feel very comfortable with their diagnosis of my back pain. After treatment I was able to walk without pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend TCPC for any pain issues one may have. A big thank you to all the staff!

Dr. Will has been a game changer in my life. First he listens to your problems and addresses each of them with complete solutions that work for the patient not the provider. Dr. Will recognized the seriousness of my symptoms, had the right diagnostics done, made sure scheduling happened quickly and as the situation snowballed and each week symptoms escalated: he was there. He made sure I had the pain relief I needed while working through diagnostics, epidurals, surgical consult and surgery. I went to the ER in May feeling like my body was anesthetized under a lead blanket, I'd lost control of my muscles, my hands were locked like claws, I had to make myself breath. I used to work in hospitals on medical care teams in social work. I told the paramedics and ER what what happening. They ignored me and told me I had a migraine and was hyperventilating. I told them I'd had a severe compression concussion and my Chiropractor said look at my neck. The CT scanned my head and sent me home after the attack subsided. Pain just grew. Issues grew. It took less than five minutes for Dr. Will to say "I need to see your neck, we need an MRI of your neck." Excellent.

RX mixup for pharmacy location. Dr. Will called me back and sorted out the mixup. Called me back to make sure I was able to get my RX and all went ok. It was a Friday evening and really appreciated his care and concern for me.

He is a great doctor. He has helped me a lot. I wish I had met him years ago. Dr Will had treatment options that my family doctor was unaware of.

Dr Will has provided me with consistently good care for years. I have really appreciated his dependability and for always being at the cutting edge of treatment options. He has always been compassionate and helpful.

Dr. Will is an exceptionally skilled and very kind provider who has treated me with sincere compassion and the very best medical care. I will highly recommend him to family and friends.

I Don't understand the reviews with low ratings? Dr. Will & staff are THE BEST ! I've been treated at Twin Cities Pain Clinic Edina and Woodbury and EVERYONE has been super kind and extremely helpful. I always enjoy going for my monthly appts & treatments. Very trustworthy medical personnel.

Dr. Will is an excellent and very skilled provider with a kind demeanor. Staff and scheduling / receptionists are very nice and pretty too! Everyone works well together to create a very enjoyable experience and pleasant environment.

One of the worst experiences ever. Poorly informed about best practices. Cold. Uncaring. Lacks empathy. If you want effective pain management and comprehensive approach, don't go to Dr Will.

I would NoT RECOMMEND Twin cities pain clinic!! Can't keep the same doctor to get to know you. I've been going there for at least 5 years off and on. They treat you like a number, like you don't matter! If something happens to your prescription, and you explain it to them. Your automatically a criminal. No compassion for people. Stay away!!

I have been a patient since 2009. Nancy my nurse practitioner is bright, down to earth and understands my low back and neck pain. I've had injections, nerve blocks, epidurals, pain pump trial and PT. Didn't go with pump. Not for me. Lasting affects from above are short term. If you need help figuring out medications etc. Yes I am still living and smiling and doing more in the community than 9 years ago. Thank you!

Dr Will has been my doctor for the past 8 years and he and his staff are very top notch & very professional, I've never been disappointed, they've bent over backwards to accommodate and treat my condition.
