Staff is horrendous
My mother went to Dr Warner for 28-30 years. Over the years the staff has gotten worse. Giving her a difficult time with each appointment. They don’t seem to communicate with one another and they even tried to tell my mother she was getting a surgery that she was, not in fact having. The Dr is great and very compassionate but if the staff doesn’t shape up he’s going to lose his patients.

I had my first visit with Dr. Warner last week, and what a breath of fresh air! He's very astute, professional, knowledgeable and was willing to listen to my concerns, no matter the triviality. After my previous experience with Lancaster medical, I am wondering why I didn't switch years ago!

Dr Warner has been my PMD since 2002. I am a retired Registered Nurse and have been very happy with the care Dr Warner and his associates have provided. He is knowledgeable, and concerned and spends the time needed to explain and address patient questions and concerns.

Dr. Warner is a great doctor and made the right referrals when it came to my concerns. I also was able to get into the office in less than 24 hours with a cold which I think is amazing! The staff is always friendly and Dr. Warner always greats me with a smile and listens to all my concerns. I would recommend him and his practice again and again.

On Jan.10th, I had an appointment to see the doctor to fill out a medical form at 10:15 a.m. On Friday January 6th, I received a call to confirm the appt. and I said I'd be there. The morning of the 10th, about 8:45 I received call telling me the doctor and the assistant was not in and she was canceling my appointment. I called a few hours later and found out that day that they'd been in since 7 a.m

Dr Warner is very caring and he takes his time and shows concern for any health issue you have. He prescribes what you need but definitely doesn't push medications as a answer for everything. He is a very good doctor I would highly recommend Catherine Tanner

All but one of the receptionists, at all of the offices, are nasty and rude. They only perform physicals once a week. They are a chronic disease farm. He is only interested in seeing chronic patients who need to see him twice a year, at $75+ per visit, to write reoccurring prescriptions. He is not interested in the results as evidenced by him not reading/interpreting the results prior to the appointment. Great bedside manner, useless diagnostician. You have a choice, don't choose him.
