Finally a Diagnosis
Dr Stein was recommended by our primary physician for my husband’s nose bleeds than ran down the back of his throat. It took almost 4 months and 3 physicians before Dr Stein finally found the cause. He was very thorough and listened to what we told him was going on. He found a mass at the very base of the tongue down his throat … bc he listened. He took a biopsy right there and it turned out to be cancerous. Hearing the words “you have cancer” is absolutely earth shattering. He recommended a WONDERFUL oncologist in Cleveland … and his office made the appointment to see her ASAP. Dr Fowler was the best … and she began the treatment phase right away with radiation and chemo. It’s been a little over a year and everything has been great. I could not recommend Dr Stein highly enough.

Did not care for him . Was more interested in allergy testing and getting my insurance money then he was taking care of my severe sinus issues. Not going back. Office staff is rude also.

He was quite rude during my whole visit. My primary physician sent over some tests and results because she was concerned and he told me that he deleted them before I even got there since he didn’t see any problems. He admitted that he was on the wrong patient chart the whole time during my whole visit and scoffed that my doctor sent over my tests. He made my concerns feel completely invalid. Needless to say I will NEVER go back.

This doctor may be fine if you only need a hearing aid, but don't go if you actually have a problem.

Dr. Stein is very professional, and has been so helpful for us. We do tend to wait sometimes in the office, but we know that he takes time with his patients and we appreciate that. We have never had any issues with him, his office, or getting appointments when needed.
