don't waste your time
Andrew Smith promises but doesn't deliver. He agreed to treat my family member but did nothing that helped and actually caused damaging delays in her treatment. He couldn't be bothered to consult with the top specialist in her rare disease, which resulted in him prescribing an ineffective medication and complicating the insurance appeal process. We wasted 10 months after his initial diagnosis because he wasn't 'comfortable' prescribing the medication typically used for her condition. Then why take us as a patient?? His staff is a disgrace. It took six months of haranguing and messaging to get procedures he ordered scheduled. He is arrogant and does the minimal amount of work, and the administrative staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Was condescending and accused me of malingering.
Waste of time, only interested in MS Patients. Blew me off and suggested I was putting on a show. No bedside manner, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.

Does Not Care About Patients
Doctor Smith does not listen to patient concerns, and is a narrow minded individual. He treated my wife with disrespect, provided a clearly bad diagnosis, and delayed my wife finding meaningful treatment. He takes an unusually long time to update visitation notes, and many items were incorrect, almost as if he read someone else’s chart. I would strongly suggest searching for any other specialist if you want a doctor that cares about their patients.

Started off strong but now…
Dr smith started off strong on the first visit with clear understanding of the health concerns and a straightforward treatment plan. However the neurology department is impossible to get a callback from even with an urgent health related question, and it can take weeks to get a reply to a portal message.
