Couldn’t diagnose my issue, learned I was asking to see a different doctor in the practice, so recommended to his practice that I be dropped as a patient. Just shameful.

He is a very personable doctor. Very good bedside manners. He will listen to you and want to know if you have any questions or concerns. Sometimes the wait is long once they call you to the examining room. I try to schedule as early morning as possible. The wait is not that long.

Very unprofessional. Doesn’t have a lot knowledges for an internal medical doctor. I had to lead every conversation and even told him what to order in terms of blood work and such. He actually told me to find another physician after some pretty alarming test results. He didn’t like the fact that I strongly advocate for myself. I demanded good care and attention from him, because he was being negligible. In a mychart message he asks me to see another physician! After 13+ years. Shame.

Dr. Schutrumpf has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. He gets to know his patients, not just as patients, but as people. He is thorough, compassionate and a wonderful doctor. If there 6 starts I would give him that ranking.

Every time I have gone to visit, I have always had a very extensive wait. One appt. I had we were interrupted by someone and he left out of the room for about 10 min spite the long I had previously had and this last visit I waited 25 min and was then told once I am back in the room I will have at least a 45 min wait. His staff told me he has elderly patients and is always behind. I refused to wait bc it has been this way every visit. This is rude and inconsiderate of others time.
