Dr. Rong is an excellent doctor. He is a highly talented surgeon. He explains things clearly and he answers questions and listens. He also has a very nice demeanor. He’s an excellent addition to the occular plastic surgery department at Bascom Palmer.

Very skilled ophthalmic plastic surgeon
Dr Rong repaired my blocked tear duct where repair thru the interior of my nose was not possible. He is so skilled that he repaired my tear duct going thru the outside corner of my nose while suturing inside the corner of my eye and sinus cavity. The procedure went so well that I have no scar whatsoever and the intricacies of this surgery required his unique training and skills to accomplish my great results so easily. I highly recommend him. And if you have to wait to have him do your procedure because of his high demand, it is totally worth the wait. He is also so friendly and makes you feel at ease during your consultation exam allowing you as a patient to have total trust in his surgical skills and quality care. His friendly demeanor was unchanged for my pre-surgery and post-surgery visits. Definitely one of the best in the country and we are lucky to have him in Florida.
