Great staff, but Dr.Robinson seemed a bit arrogant and not in tune with my terminal illness nor the needs associated with it. I was referred to Palliative care while during chemo therapy. I don't see the need for another layer of doctors added to my care. In the future I will bypass palliative care and go directly to hospice. Was a convoluted mess as far as I am concerned but KP has process laden and difficult to get referrals for chemotherapy trials.
